Brighton & Hove Arts Council Art Show 2026
🖼️ About the Exhibition
As a member of the Brighton & Hove Arts Council (BHAC), Brighton Painting Group is participating in the Brighton & Hove Arts Council Art Show, taking place April 7th to 11th, 2026 at the Friends’ Meeting House (Ship Street, BN1 1AF). This exhibition showcases works from local arts groups and is a fantastic opportunity to display and sell your artwork.

Time Till Art Show:
Submission Deadline: March 24th, 2025
Drop-off Date: April 7th, 2025 (4:45 – 6:15 PM)
Exhibition Dates: April 7th – 11th, 2026 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Collection Date: April 11th, 2025 (from 5:00 PM)
⚠️ Submission Guidelines
- All artwork must have been created during a previous Brighton Painting Group Meet-Up.
- No artwork displayed in a previous art show.
- Artists may submit a maximum of three artworks (paintings or sculptures).
- All submitted works must be for sale.
- No clip frames are allowed; framed pieces must have D-rings and a cord for hanging.
- Print browsers: Up to 4 unframed works can be submitted separately, enclosed in cellophane.
- A 10% commission applies to all sales.
- Stewarding is required—a seperate form will be sent out closer to the date.
💳 Entry Fees & Payment
£6 per artwork submission (max £18 for three works).
£4 per unframed browser work (max £16 for four works).
Artists must submit payment directly to BHAC (not to BPG)
