Farewell to the Creative Spark Behind BPG

The Brighton Painting Group wouldn’t be what it is today without the vision and dedication of Elliot Rowoth. Nearly three years ago, Elliot set out to create a community of artists who could gather monthly, paint in the beautiful surroundings of Brighton, and share their passion for art in a welcoming, inclusive environment. His enthusiasm brought together seasoned artists and first-time plein air painters alike, helping everyone feel inspired and part of something meaningful.

Now, Elliot has set off on a new adventure, traveling the world to explore fresh landscapes, cultures, and experiences that will surely shape his artistic journey. Though he may be miles away, his influence remains in the way our group operates and in the friendships and connections he fostered.

Thank you, Elliot, for giving Brighton’s artists a space to connect, learn, and grow. We’ll miss you, and we wish you all the best in your travels. Keep painting, and may you find inspiration wherever you go!
